Following a successful project launch in March, the main engagement and networking activities for RISEnergy are now in full-swing, among them a timely workshop on Research Infrastructure Automation.
Organised by the ERIGrid 2.0 Project, together with RISEnergy, DTU, PowerLabsDK, NEST, DERlab and ISGAN/SIRFN, this upcoming workshop will take place in Roskilde, Denmark at the Technical University of Denmark (DTU), Risø Campus, from 24 September 2024 at 13:00 CEST to 25 September 2024 at 14:00 CEST.
The central focus of the workshop will be on Accelerating the Energy Transition through Collaboration, Automation and Coupling of Testing Facilities.
Session outline:
- Collaboration: metadata and digital tools for facilitating research collaboration and data exchange
- Automation: how energy system test setups can be repeatable and reproducible (and less complex to handle)
- Coupling of Test Facilities: Methods, Techniques and Technologies to couple large scale test resources from multiple RIs
- Live Laboratory Demonstrations
